T and C's

We keep our terms very simple and clear. We are always trying to improve continuity and service and your feedback helps.

We ask for a minimum 50% deposit with any order placed and proforma for first time customers. This can be waived if your organization is a council, school or blue chip company in this case we ask for 50% prior to delivery and the balance within 14 days of the completion of the project.

We still hold title of the goods until full payment is received.

We reserve the right to reclaim our products from premises in the event of long term non-payment. We also reserve the right to pursue through the courts for all costs, cancellation charges, loss of earnings and handling charges but this is thankfully very rare.

Whist we rarely do so – in cases of severe late payment, we reserve the right to revoke all discounts and apply a admin fee based on the work involved to chase the payment.

We work with many reliable factories, but occasionally problems occur that are beyond our control at WoW but we do everything we can to deal with these issues and to maintain our high level of service. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or results of a late or incomplete delivery's all guarantees are upheld by the suppliers and out out WoW's control.

Orders cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing by the MD of WoW Furniture.

We reserve the right to charge up to 50% cancellation charge as most furniture is made to order to a customers specification. This does not apply within 24 hours of placing the order.

Not all images on the website have been supplied by WoW Furniture and Fit Out some images are supplier images or images of projects worked on by WoW staff in the career.

Some products displayed on the website are not bought directly from the manufacturer but through a 3rd party this ensures we don't dilute our core suppliers whilst not restricting what product ranges we can offer.
